    Disclaimer: the following statement contains subjective opinions.

    Allow me to present the concept of "limits" or "capacity"
    Of what? Walkspeed. There is a limit of how fast a player can move.
    The value is 400% walkspeed (including agility potions). However archers' "Speed III" are still effective
    When stacking walkspeed with armor pieces or swaping weapon, the last piece of your gear will not function in order to prevent a player exceed 400% value.
    there is a limit of walkspeed, and the limit is 400%.

    I cant realy explain it sometimes when you use spin on sertein mobs its give you crazy speed that you cant control its probly a bug in the steal effect its comes kinda randomly and not from every mob
