Amadel 2nd Boss Room Grinding

I'd also like to comment on the fact that this thread blew up because PoisonWolfy was "afk grinding" meanwhile all the footage shows is him on a horse.
He could have had to just let his dog outside (for example) so he got on his horse for a second since while you're on your horse you don't take knockback. I've watched the video a few times and I didn't see him kill any mobs... (correct me if I'm wrong)

Although imo AFK grinding should be removed.

Also, to clear things up for some viewers of this thread, the mobs he is grinding barely give any exp.

 

He's not grinding, he's farming, for items. I've seen other people do this and it's been reported in the past.

 

Why would a high level person with a white horse be afk specifically in the middle of a high spawn room with a totem placed down?

 

Yes... I'm aware of this. What I said is he is not afk grinding so I'm not sure why that rant was relevant.

Did I not just explain that? He is afking. Not afk farming. He did not damage a single mob in the video.

 

Do you think the "situation" would be better if there were more people to help? Forgive me but the reason I think hive armours (individually specifically) are so good is because there's not many options that can compete with them. There should be numerous high level items that specialize in an element and hive should only be used if you've got a duo/tri elemental build. There's items that should and can compete with hive items but don't because they're not strong enough. Even specialized.

 

The rant is relevant because I have seen other people do that in the past, specifically with that boss and room, to the same purpose. there's nothing else they would be doing, and no other reason they would be there again.

You can grind those mobs without AFKing. In case you weren't aware you have to be able to do damage to the mobs to be able to kill them.

All I'm saying is he not afk grinding in this video specifically. Just because he is on his horse does not mean that he is afk grinding.

I can think of a million.
For example: He could have had to let his pet outside. His parents could have called him. Who knows?

My point is there is no proof of him AFK grindng in this video. From what I can see, he killed no mobs.

This thread was made to ask why this person is grinding in Amadel second boss room.

 

There's nothing else they would be doing, looking over the footage. It may not be apparently obvious BY the footage, but given the context and my previous experiences, it's safe to say they were afk farming items.

The items littered on the floor are his. I stepped into the room and hit record, I did not kill enough mobs in that room to create the amount on the floor.
