Unnecessary; Centi-CoI gives the attack speed boosts necessary to boost the parasite from slow to super fast, and there isn't a real replacement for either the helm or chestplate

This should go without saying but DO NOT MELEE WITH THIS BUILD; you WILL DIE. You have like -1500 life steal and -75 mana steal. Also, you should focus on getting low exploding on the Knucklebones. You can replace Treat with Suppression, but be warned that the exploding on Knucklebones may screw you over
