I think armor infusions is possible. It you'd have to take it off and spyro could randomly show up while we're doing this and cause an encounter
Althiaos:"right what should I infuse? Or should we go with the epsheild like I suggested?"

 

Heat: "I'll let you infuse my chainmail."
I take of my chainmail and hand it to Althiaos.

I cast cure wounds
I use infuse magic which increases its cast time to a min

 

Is it permanent? What can I use it for?

Right anybody with an int of 6 or more can use it as a bonus action and then it basically works as a cure wounds but it might be able to be used more than once
It fades after 8 hours or somebody using it

ANY non-magical item can be infused. To activate you just decide to activate it or use a codeword or something. I think the infuser decides.

And for concentration spells, its on the user of the item
