"It's a nice sight, though."

 

"Pretty... though pretty tiring."
Pause.
"Well, we've still got a ways to go until mainland."

 

"Are you tired? We could take a break."

 

It picked up the souls of the various bats, and the soul of the girl when she ran past.

 

I back off, before teleporting to the other end of the arena. Water starts filling the arena as I draw three more arrows.

 

The water quickly becomes electrified, though it's clear he's weakened.

Sighing, Alice tries to let the darkness hide her as she goes back up to her house.

"Sleepy, but I'll be fine." She yawns. "No good place to land, either."

 

Alice blends in quite well, her red eyes the only marker of her presence.

 

"Alright. I don't want you falling asleep out of nowhere, though."

 

The water drains as I loose the three arrows on him.
"Go ahead, block them." I taunt.

 

Alice checks to see if anyone drank the tea.

He arcs lightning to your bow, causing it to shock you as the arrows disintegrate/explode a short distance from your bow.

"I know you probably find this suspicious, but trust Muffy. She's not a terrible flier."

"Mrow."
Muffy seems to be hanging upside-down on the staff, bored.

 

It looks like someone drank some of it, but judging by the dirty pawprints near to it, it was probably a wild animal.

 

Alice refills the cup and checks to see if the note's still there, before going inside and sleeping out the night.

 

The note has a pawprint on it, though it hasn't moved.

Come morning, the cup is empty, though more pawprints suggest it was another, or the same, wild animal.

 

Alice refills the cup and moves it next to the river, with the note placed near it again as she heads over to Gail's hut.

 

Gail doesn't seem to be up yet, the curtains in her window closed.

 

Alice heads into the community center, checking for the scroll.

 

"It's pretty easy to trust Muffy if you say so."

 

The scroll is still there, the 'item bundles' on their separate, smaller scrolls.

 

"Then trust her." Linoa says, yawning.

Alice disperses herself and keeps watch of the scrolls, unmoving.

 

"Okay..."
Pause.
"Uh, how are you going to sleep on a staff?"
