Help!

Sorry, there is not a comunity help forum page to put this on, but i just bought a $80 Visa Debit card to buy hero rank with, and it wont work, at first paypal said "Sorry, but your card issuer declined this payment. To complete your purchase, try a different card." So I called game stop, where i bought the card, and they said something around the lines of: "What card did you purchase?" (me: Uhh, the $80 visa debit card) "Oh, it does that sometimes, just give it a minute" (me: thanks)

Ive waited like 30 mins now wat do i do? XD
