Finding Jester Rings At Lvl 99

    Does anyone know how to find Jester Rings when your high level?...
    So far I've been the farming tier 3 - 4 loot chests in the dernal jungle and most of the items I've been getting are just emeralds level 60 potions and occasionally around level 60 - 68 normal and unique items.
    I haven't been collecting the loot chests that gives me gear based on my level.

    just buy them if you need them that badly.

    1 year ago I keep getting jester ring at Gavel when I was playing around Cinfras, it's not "rare".
