Here is Turkish Communism

 

Really old post, but Gotta say a few things...

There governments arent actually communist
Polittically China is Communist, and certain things are as well, but many things arent.

I.e. you don't collectively own shit, but still much is communist

So basically communist, but partly capitalist, so its not really 100% communist


North Korea Isnt really communist either

its Socialism, Some Communist, Some Stalin, (all dat anti-west) and more



Basically there are no real "communist" countries, as communism doesn't work.

Idk why I wrote this, gonna get people to disagree with me

 

Communism does work, just on a much smaller scale because people are greedy little fuckers. Communism will only work on a larger scale when everyone signs up to it. Most people are cool with capitalism because you have a chance to go from poverty to riches supposedly, in communism you don't really have that chance, everyone is equal with no opportunities to exploit others.

There are no real communist countrys because A) Chances are the leaders are corrupt, the peasants may be equally poorly paid while the rulers live in luxury B) Their spending is fucked (looking at you USSR with your arms race) leading to constant food shortages in the USSRs case and therefore widespread discontent
C) You can't force a system of communism upon people, capitalism seems fair because it looks like everyone has a chance, but in communism you don't got a chance, your happy with your life and that's that. You can't force a doctor to be cool with the same pay as a street sweeper, because unless that doctor believes in an ideal of communism, their just going to think they're being underpaid.

 

It's the same problem with anarcho-capitalism; if people are not cool with it, your little closed community collapses

 

Socialism is cool tho

Whats wrong with communism is that you wont be able to motivate people to work without making them need money.
