    You misunderstood him. He didn't spend 700 dollar on crates, he stated how much you'd need to spend on crates to get everything he listed.

    Don't believe he insinuated he spent 1k on crates, he only stated not to spend the money if you have it.

    He plays the game 24/7, so I really doubt he has a job to afford something like that.
    Even if he had a job, still doubt he'd spend so much on crates considering you'd value your money a lot more.

    OK looks like we need some calculation, the value of each godly according to the probability is 50% common, 40% rare, 10% epic
    125*50%+25*40%+5*10%=~73crates assuming all crates are T2, which is still around $60
    So if a person is lucky enough he has to spent at least 60*16=$960 to get all the godlies
    Assuming you don't get duplicated one and not getting any godly from the crate itself and just by scrapping

    You're not being intellectually honest right now. That's what I hope at least, because you're contradicting your main post.

    Let's use your own stats for this. Let's say you get 100 T2 Crates, and lets say you paid $100 for it (thats higher than your example above per crate).
    Following your results, you'd normally get...
    50 common (=10 rare, =2 epic, =0.4 godly)
    40 rare (=8 epic, =1.6 godly)
    10 epic (=2 godly)
    5 godly (=5 godly)

    Which gives us 9 Godly for $100. For all 16 godly (assuming there's no clones) you do (16/9)*100 = $177.
    It's easy to gouge the prices when you ignore that crates can also give godly (even if they didn't, it would only cost $400 and not almost 1k like you claim). Anyway, you're looking at this completely backward. You aren't forced to own every single rewards possible, and the more we add rewards, the harder it will be to have them all. By that logic, we could remove 15 out of the 16 godly and you'd be happier, since it would cost less to have them all? Nobody purchase crates with the goal of owning every single item we offer, if they did, we'd be much richer.

    Now, in reality, you'd get T1, T2 and T3 by purchasing crates, so both of our stats aren't completely accurate. It's also likely you get duplicates. But it's in no way as high as you try to make it seem.

    50+40+10=100 you left out godly percentage so you're already wrong if I'm not misinterpreting this.
    I think you might have missed the part of this thread about him abusing a bug

    I thought this was another shitpost kind of guide. I wasn't sure if he literally felt daily crates are a scam or if it was another "shitpost"
    with humor I don't get. Seems to be the 1st!? And the reason for that is some sort of glitch abusing for which he got banned? Is it possible
    he duplicated crates using a glitch, hence his "don't ask how" part? All that just to "expose" how "poor" crates are?

    I'm not even sure if this is a discussion at this point. Seems like a serious matter considering Salted himself made several posts about it.

    My math was only regarding to scrapping value which for sure and I agree, was inaccurate, however through experiments carried out, it shows the tendancy of getting duplicated godlies, it may just be me being bad luck however, data shows more, I may be incorrect, but anyway, it's up to those who buy to decide
