    The mana activates every 4 seconds, so you would have to briefly switch to a secondary weapon during the 4 second period. If you don't want to do that, you could just use a mana build with it and spam heal so that would negate the -hpr. Both ways require skill causing you to focus on surviving your weapon and surviving the enemy at the same time. Consider warp a gun with a LOT of recoil.

    Or you can use stags build to permanently hold warp, It is the best weapon in PVP and PVE in my opinion.
