Boots: Shaggy Boots (40% thunder dmg minimum)
Rings: Diamond Static Ring x2 (Alt: concetration)
Bracelet: Diamond Static Bracelet
Necklace: Diamond Static Necklace

Weapon: Az (with 2 T6 Thunder Powder)

Only bad thing is you got 7190-7490 hp

With this build you can do up to: ( All dmg is added up [Neutral + Thunder])
164-1965 Melee Damage
1892-23075 Bomb Arrow Damage
790-9306 Escape Damage
1789-22843 Arrow Shield Damage
84-943 Damage Per Arrow (Arrow Storm)
5040-56580 Damage All 60 Arrows (Arrow Storm)

Shouldn't you also speak of the low mana and -earth defense? Cause ya know, this build leaves some things to be desired.

 

This build was meant for pure damage, Nothing else but if want to you can switch a ring or 2 for concentrations

 

6/4 Mana really isn't all that satisfactory.

Have you considered Static-charged Leggings (Hive thunder merchant)? You get 40% thunder damage from those.

2 concentrations momento vaward is my build,

less glassy and i'm fine with it, haven't really used it in pve but its fun in casual pvp

Actually because of spell conversions not counting for powders, it looks better on paper but Az is actually better.
