Topaz Ring?

    So i was just wondering where does one get a topaz ring? I've been opening chests for the longest and i still haven't found one..... can i get an exact location on where to open chests? and all the specified requirements for me to actually achieve of getting one?!?!

    If you're talking about Morph-Topaz, you'll want to open Tier 3 or 4 chests around its level. There are a few chests around the Detlas Suburb ruins that are Tier 3 or 4 where I have found several Morph-Topaz rings. I'd suggest exploring the area and opening the chest that have the floating white particles, which signifies it is a Tier 3 or 4 loot chest.
