Possible Llevigar Remake

i found this on a boat to the northwest of selchar, and the interesting thing is that it quite looks like llevigar.
for example look at the docks and beach it has that flower type pattern and there are 2 docks just like in llevigar, also there are 2 sets of stairs leading up to the bank and you can also see sets of stairs in the picutre.
but here's the catch llevigar's main area isn't a circle.

Also its weird that llevigar (its current state) shows on the map as a little yellow-type colour.

 

It's Llevigar.

 

Most likely its probably just the shading of the area on the map.

Plus, how would they have a working map of a future version of Llevigar, when that future version would be right where the current one is...

Also, its a map, maps have overhead views of the world, so yea It's gonna be circular, cuz its overhead
