Archer/Hunter Needing Help With Skill Points

I've decided I want a air/water build with good mana regen and spell dmg. This is what I have in mind:

-havent decided a helmet yet-
Boreal-Pattemed Aegis
Vaward (not sure about this one)
Memento

and Return to Ether
I am almost going for Third Eye but I think theres probably a better option

 

Cumulonimbus for Helmet high damage.

Would swap weapon to Gale's Force due to higher damage and mobility.

Moon Pool Circlet x2 for rings for spamming spells.

Squid Anklet for Bracelet for spamming spells.

Gigabyte for Necklace for mobility, damage, and HP.

 

I dunno, the helmet seems pretty meh
The spell damage is so low, I dont think it is worth it

I'll take your advise on acessories tho

 

33% spell plus 26% air, thats 59% bonus damage. Not to mention its only weakness being low health, which is abundant from other pieces of gear.
