    For some reason my friend can't start B. He doesn't have the A shard and /fixquests doesn't work either. Also the starter npc of B does like he already did the quest (yes I looked in his quest book). He can't go into the water hole either because of this so it's really annoying.

    What does his quest book say to do? Also, have him check every one of his classes and his bank for the shard.

    It says that he has to start the quest. Ok tomorrow I'll have him check all the classes then.
