    Yea they do that sometimes.
    The letters tell the story of Bob, you can find the complete story on the wiki.
    Once upon a time there letters sold for 2le each (pre gavel when relics were just released) back then it was a lot of money

    yeah there are 10 of these, there is a low chance of getting them from the relics. I don't know how much they worth now, but back when my friend found it he told me it worth a bunch of le (for our lvl back then it was a lot)
