Hey its me again, popping in for another great produced build by you guys

Type of Build (EX: Tank): Melee
Elements you want in the build (EX: Air and Thunder): Earth/Air
ID's you want (EX: Walk speed and Mana Regen): Walkspeed, melee
How you want to play it (purpose?): Basically hit and run; and also not die whistle running
Items you want to use (optional): Recently have an Alkatraz

I like it, but it is a little too walk speed oriented for my taste- I think I would swap for earth Breaker (I think it has -life steal, so I might go for some life steal accessories and work in the air and earth li ones as well)

well honestly alka's -ws makes it hard to build around and leggings of haste are generally better since +tier is broken, you'll get a lot more dps than with earth breaker

 

I'm pretty sure that "hit & run" playstyle implies slow melee while "strafe" playstyle implies fast melee so you should go for slow melee even though currently it isn't as effective (tier is getting nerfed soon anyways)
So something like

Gaea-Hewn Boots (use Wind Mimic if you want more walk speed I guess)

100/0/17/17/66 (skill point error = 33)

You get 40-ish walk speed with perfect ID's while holding Alka and much more without, which isn't too much, but you're really tanky (12k health, very good defenses in everything but thunder, very good agility) and your damage isn't too bad either.

Ah - really this one is what you can get for that much. Diamond dust is probably 1st order of business, then try for jera and pirate's luck. I usually just integrate loot items in with my regular build for skill point reasons and survivability
