    You can't claim it the next month, you actually can claim it 30 days from the last time you've claimed it.

    It actually happened to me aswell even though i claimed my first crate nearly 2 months ago i had to wait about 40 days to even get my next crate.

    The free monthly crates are not working right now. I have emailed a Wynncraft Administrator, and they said that they were working on it.

    Wait, are they only every 31 days? I have attempted multiple times to get my 2nd ever free monthly crate today, and it just refreshes the page on the Wynncraft store website. Thanks! :-)

    This means that you still have to wait some time because the time hasn't ended yet, remember that previous month had 31 days and June had only 30, so this may confuse you a little bit.

    I cant claim it, it was it was redeemed on the website but in game it tells me I have no crates to open

    EDIT: It finally worked
