Mineplex Story

Ok, I occasionally go on Mineplex (NO KILL ME PLZ)
And I heard about this Heroes of Gwen? So I google a video..... ok find one... its from this 13 year old kid person I think? So then this happens.

In his video he seems to have no clue how to play, and I write a comment explaining things (maybe a bit too harsh)
Tl;dr version of the comment:
The game is like leauge of legends, you even wrote that in the desc, so how do you have no clue how to play?
Its pulse heal, not pulse HEAT
you have a girl skin, cuz your playing a female class... anything wrong with that?
(NOTE: I had never played this game,(Im not gonna spend money on this shit server) and yet I realise more details then him..)
so then I wait, then about... 10 mins later this happens


and... i'm like.. salty much? I try to go back to the vid to sorta apologize, (I don't really mean it)

Another side note,
I was playing Gem Hunters a while back
and these 2 hackers were in first place,
One had timer on, and the other long jump...

I used to play on an anarchy server, and it had anti cheat that blocked long jump

 

Mineplex:

A server which doesn't ban hackers, exploiters or cheaters, yet bans people who didn't even do shit and claim that they did everything mentioned above.

Ubercraft:

A server so toxic that it allows hackers and 5 year old trolls to roam free, spreading toxicity. Hell, a group of people started harassing players (via DDOS threats (which surprisingly you can go to jail for), hacking, racism, and making a shity comeback by saying "speak English" or "stupid cunt")

Hypixel:

A server where somehow I got away for building a statue of hitler, yet got banned for something I didn't do

Ruinscraft:

Here's a short story!
Random kid: "In gay"
Me: "So?"
Kid: "WOW U SEXIST CNT U DONT RESPECT GAY PEOPLE!?!?!?!?!?!? GTFO OF THIS SERVER YOU RACIST SEXIST SCUM! MOODS!!!!!"
Random kid no.2: "YEAH GTFO OF THIS SERVER YOU CUNT"
Random kid no.1: "Lol im also not gay"

And that's why I only play on megacreative and wynn

Now you said it, I, x10 times, regret buying a $50 rank in that server (Don't ask why. I wanted a lot of power with commands, before I got bored with all that shit).

For this thread, it's pretty much the Mineplex community (This also applies to huge, populated servers like Hypixel with other reasons). Complaining and whining players (Mostly kids or immature players), hackers, and block game drama (I see a lot of drama in that damn server. The most recognizable drama I know is some cyberbullies insulting a player and would casually make fun of you for being a idiot, unintentional or not (And I was a fucking idiot)). I missed the times in 2013-2014 when Mineplex wasn't corrupted or toxic. The Spawn Hub with that huge tree that shaped like a leather, the old tutorial which gives you free in-game currency, and the mature people I used to be around with. Now the server like an Asian Giant Hornet's nest. As a hornet yourself and you're near the nest, you're greeted with a swarm of aggressive hornets and they will fight each other and insulting others. Then you try to cope with others for the next few years, but failed because of the unacceptable behaviors. And if I were the hornet and the next time I see that same nest, I'll never go near it, ever. That's how I described my story in Mineplex.

The Minecraft fan-base and community servers, especially huge servers, are the reasons why I'm quitting Minecraft (After I do a giveaway of my Gaia and all my LE, I can't leave without giving away an extremely valuable weapon stored inside me). Also the reason why I prefer to play Wynncraft than playing on larger servers.

 

This is why I really wish the Minecraft community was the way it used to be, not awful like this. In the Minecraft community of 2013-14, you had unique games like Dwarves vs Zombies, MineKart, UHC, and many many more. Mature players played these games, and you could easily make friends with people. Now, it's full of kids that only play Sky Wars and Hunger Games, which changes the content creators who used to make good, mature content (*cough* The Diamond Minecart. I watched him before he went insane and decided to make videos for children.) Servers no longer make original games, and now its just the exact game, exact code copied from another server. Servers like Mineplex are dominating because they appeal to so many children, while servers like us are slowly dying because they appeal to more mature audiences. Minecraft used to be made for all audiences, but ever since Microsoft bought the dang thing its gone downhill towards younger kids.

as they have to make back that 3 Billion $$$ somehow!

And on pc skins and texture packs and maps are free!

But on pocket they get you to make stuff for them, then they sell it!

Yes they are going to do that, what are they adding? Colorful blocks and dancing parrots, Much needed updates like a rebalancing of the combat system. They literally asked reddit for pvp feedback, and ignored other sources. Perhaps they will continue to add updates to P.C., and will not kill it, still gonna be sorta shit in my opinion. Why? Minecraft doesn't really need updates. What else can they add? The recent updates really appeal to younger audiances, across all platforms. But perhaps [likely] I am wrong. O.K. Onto point 2.

When about 80% of minecraft sales is console and pocket edition, its the smarter money choice to focus on those platforms.
They may not kill java, but they certainly don't care about quality content.
They need the $$$
from giving 4 year olds their power rangers skin pack, their frozen themed maps,

+AntVenoms only point was that they were adding devs. Doesn't tell us much. Just says they are going to continue dev'ing the game. Is that good or bad? List the last GOOD update. Some may disagree with me [a lot probably] but 1.9 was disliked. The color update was liked by builders [that was an allright one I guess] People hated the auto crafting. and parrots? really useless, just to appeal and make $$$ from children

what they should do is just rework half of the stuff in the game, like the mines
seriously the underground is truly empty, its just some random caves with 5 ores, we need more ores in my opinion, more stuff to do there
other thing to rework would be the pvp i agree, and the building, more slabs and stairs would help a lot, but they dont add that, and the pvp... swords and bows arent enough, they are too few weps to do nice battles... i mean, i want to run around with a dagger or fire a crossbow but i cant do anything of that bc i need texture packs, i cant find any and nobody seems to do any, pvp would be nicer with more variety...
another thing would be the animals like someone mentioned above that i dont want to tag, the farm animals, ok everything is normal, but then... polar bears, llamas and parrots? the parrots still but the other 2 are really off topic, they dont fit in the game, if it was normal bears, still, because it would make sense on the forests, llamas... well... should they even be anywhere in the game? they just dont fit, like polar bears... if they are adding animals, add some that people can recognize and that they have heard commonly/are known/fits a pair of zones, etc...
