If you don't know what it is, then how are you supposed to search for it?

That is exactly what I think when people say "search box". Like, if I knew enough about it so that I could search it, I wouldn't need to search it anymore.

The search bar isn't that great honestly, and besides what in the world are they supposed to search for?
Could you figure out what that thing is and search for something that might describe it with only knowing that it's on the map, and is black with weird white symbols on it?
Because honestly, if you really think about it, anyone that is new to the community or just discovering something might nto actually know that we have our own text language and that it's supposed to mean something, all they see is a black thing on the map and are confused.

Saying only search bar doesn't help the person figure out what something is.

 

While the search bar isn't the best there is, just searching something as simple as "Weird message" or even "Weird symbols" gets you a result for the same thing this thread is about.

Besides that: There isn't really any point in re-explaining an already existing answer. The first response essentially closed the discussion, and with no reason to mindlessly repeat the same thing, nobody did. Personally, I was just making a joke on how there's still threads like this rather often.

If every answer should just be explaining what it is, there's no point in letting these threads stay open past what's generally the first response.
