Fatal's price dropped because of elem def being broken. If it gets fixed Fatal will easily be worth twice of what it is right now.

The attack speed multiplier is placed wrongly. All the damage buffs for spells get added, except attack speed multiplier and spell multiplier, before they substract / add the elemental defense / weakness. So basically fatal has high attack speed which means low base damage, and because attack tier multiplier gets added after the defense, its easy to 100% tank fatal hits.

It's likely not that simple, and Jumla is rewiring the whole code so he doesn't really have time for this kinda stuff. Also, why are you asking me? I'm not a coder.
