Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need A Kick-butt Class. To Run Into Battle With

Hi i am currently al level 84 mage and i was wondering if anyone had a decent Mage build that does high end dmg and has a decent mana Regenerate. what armour is best at this level or near this level or below. also what would be the best element to use at my level. please armour weapon and accessories. i have been using a build i made but i have low health for my level i have heard from many other players. I am used to using a glass cannon type of build.

 

I'm bad at making build but I think I can try this.. a little?

I usually care about the health even on the ws build.. but I did like that just because of this :
