As it is generally considered by far the most important stat, this is 2nd

 

Legit @Nyam is the only person I know who would throw a tantrum if a +50% Walk Speed Chestplate that needs 90 Defense was to be added (since you can't use Stratiformis, Dune Storm AND Slayer with that thing), so no, I don't think 91% Strati is better than this.

Ehhhhhhhh, depends on the buyer I suppose, though I'd still argue ws is the most important stat, as it is the defining thing about the bow

 

I would argue that you couldnt tell a slight difference if you raced this strati and nyams strati, this stratis more well rounded as well, so obviously this one takes the win

And I'd argue that even if a difference of 0.00001% ws would make a strati that was average better then this one.
It's the whole max vs 1 off max issue, when rating an item, especially when it is a major I'd in play, a max on an ID is worth much more then 1 off max.
Remember that this is effectively 1.6% ws, and if you raced across 10 blocks, a difference would be difficult, but say 10,000 blocks, it would be very visable

 

Enough Salt, I agree that this one is the best, Nyams is 91 ws but other stats are shit, all rounders > Specialist.

 

Not salty, I'm actually pretty happy for cats, I've known them in game for quite a long time now. Just trying to have a solid debate about this.
I suppose the difference in which is better comes down to use, ws builds would benefit from @Nyam 's strati more, general builds get more from this one. I just tend to see more ws builds with strati then combat builds, which is why I'm arguing the way I am. I don't even use ws builds =P
