What Infidel Supposed To Be?

'High damage + Super Slow'
'Spell friendly stats'

So is it uncommon item for melee + spell build?
(Like my grandmother build..?)

But spell damage sucks because of the super slow

just because something is super slow doesnt mean it has to be a melee weapon

 

But people doesn't use alka or flameshot hilt for spell weapon
Anyway infidel could be the spell weapon... hardly

It's meant to be a water/thunder spell build.
