@SPYROHAWK Pretty sure it's my turn.

I move to a point between the specter and hound, then raise my sun amulet, and unleash my Channel Divinity: Radiance of the Dawn.

A wave of sunlight sweeps out from me in a 30 ft. radius (the yellow circle around me on the map), everything within that radius that is hostile to me takes 15 radiant damage, or half on CON save.

If I've estimated correctly, both the specter and hellhound are within the radius.

So Erevan's action required CON saves from the enemies. They roll a d20 and add their CON modifier and their proficiency if proficient in CON saves.

This number is verses Erevan's 8 + WIS modifier + proficiency bonus which equals 15

Since they both got less than 15, Erevan's effect wins

It would. I don't remember what though. It's something like "minus one on all rolls" or something like that.
