Any Class Help 'loot Build'

Okay, many of you are coming from my other thread in order to find the build that I suggested could decrease our time for a mythic find. If anyone in the build section doesn't know about my thread then you can read it to understand what I am trying to accomplish with it. Otherwise, I will be posting the TLDR and requirements for the build ;)

TLDR:
LB% (loot bonus %) doesn't 100% increase drops from mobs (the irony) since it is still a chance, LB items typically force users to drop useful stats and therefore are useless for grinding, and decreasing our ttk (time to kill) can decrease our time till next mythic. Therefore if we focus on creating a 'loot build' that decreases our ttk by exploiting the elemental weaknesses of enemies in our preferred grinding zone (freezing heights-fire) and using equipment that best decreases our ttk (essentially get some one-shot cannons that have super fast attack speed against fast spawning trash mobs) in order to kill more enemies per minute and have more chances at loot dropping.

Here are the requirements:
No Knucklebones, Old Keepers, or generally unhelpful LB% items.
Need high ttk on freezing height enemies, therefore fire dmg and superfast attack speed with decent spell spamming capabilities, or orient the build to spell spamming instead of melee.
Very little negative (-25 max) ws (try and keep at 0 or higher)
Still some LB, maybe like 0-100 LB%. Not too much or too little. The goal is fire dmg ttk on freezing heights enemies then LB%
And weapon suggestions for all classes, pref not loot weapons

 

you cant have the best loot and damage,or you make a high damage or high loot

 

I'm not asking for the best loot XD. I have a build for 239% loot. Now I need 0-100 LB with low ttk on glacial heights mobs.

Prowess + giga = 9 in all (9/9/9/9/9)
put 11 in all (20/20/20/20/20)
morph (assuming 6 in all cuz avg or better) (26/26/26/26/26)
put 7 in all (33/33/33/33/33) or however many you need depending on stardust SPs to get all SPs to 33
108 sps left. Put enough to meet ignition or whatever weapon requirement you need ;)

The Lifesteal can negate the -hp regen, and you get enough hp from the LB items to grind FH mobs. Cancer and Plague cover your dmg. Primary stats on cancer are Life steal and melee. Since you wont be using spells for dmg, mana steal and -spell dmg doesn't matter. Good poison is very helpful tho.

208% LB Melee Build w/ 0.8k atk average, 765 lifesteal, superfast atk speed, plus 5k poison, add water powders for defense against hordes of Frozen duders.
