If the people racing for level 100 didn't do any quests or exploring prior to running CSST, they can still do it after. There is no reason that CSST would limit a player to what they can do afterwards. The player can do what they want, also after level 100 and even 101.
About the money. Emeralds are easy to get, and you do not have to buy everything from other players.

If players don't want to work for their class' progression, they have come to the wrong place.

 

These quest is not for lv100 and not everyone wanna get lv101 people lost fun of the game and emeralds r Ez to get? How many u got? Why would people do another 100 when they r not even enjoy this game

If a player does not enjoy the game, there is nothing really to do about it. They can go do something else in that case. I would just wonder why they play in the first place if they don't enjoy it.

One can choose their own way to progress their game and characters. Many people choose CSST, and that is just one of many ways.
Time is not a concern to me.

I am 81 and I realized I am maybeeee high enough level to at least try the dungeon. Can someone tell me how I convert the dungeon from Regular to Corrupted? And How I might get the key for it?

if you're level 81 I can assume you've seen the other corrupted key holders in the dark/light forest right? The csst key holders are, I'm guessing, in corkus or something. Just keep progressing

 

Never seen a key holder, don't even know what that is, and I recognize the word/place light forest from a quest or something. But don't know. And this is not a useless post, I came looking for an answer not to say a pointless gesture.

 

Corrupted key holders look the same as normal key holders, but are stronger (due to higher level dungeons). I've seen a few csst key holders around Thanos, but I don't have an exact spot for them. You'll need to go to the forgery with nii/uth runes (depending on what corrupted dungeon you want) in order to repair the keys since corrupted key holders drop broken ones.

To answer your question, you fix a broken key at the Forgery in the light forest. Key guardians spawn in areas around their level.
