You lost me. I was expecting an argument for it being in Dern, not the Nether. It's hard to read and I did not really get what you are saying.

Please reformat it so your ideas are split into chunks and not just one giant block. It's easier to understand that way.

One is called shadow and to doesn't have anything to do with dern (same with hive)

 

shadow = darkness
darkness = dern
there are endermen in the dead island that are not called dern beast
and there are dern beasts on it
and dern is not next to the dead island
(there is the gateway island, but it would be the same distance as dern-nesaak)

Dern is connected to the realm of darkness, it doesn't mean everything dark is from there.

So? The presence of two words: "the eye" could mean anything in context, and definitely don't have to mean The Eye. Also, we have no idea what the "Eye of Blood" even is. It's probably just an eye, and has nothing at all to do with The Eye. And what does dark magic have to do with Dern? I mean.. the word "dark" could, I guess, connect it to Dern, but that's an extremely slim connection at best. And who has ever said that The Eye commands Dern?

How do we know that all endermen are from Dern? It's logical, sure, but we just don't know.

This is a huge leap in logic. What makes you say this when there is no proof? And there have been other demons, such as Garaheth.

You haven't mentioned the Nether before. And if you're trying to make an impact with this statement, that's not how you do it.
First, at the beginning, you'll state the whole theory and where the Nether fits in. This statement is usually pretty big and outrageous, so when you first read it, it creates a big impact. It is then when you start lining up your evidence and proving your theory. If you haven't mentioned the Nether since the intro, the statement that you wrote will have some impact. But it doesn't. Because you have not built up a feeling around this statement, and thus, I, the reader, am not impacted by this statement that is meant to be impactful. This is how other theorists, like Spyrohawk, do it. It's also how you write an essay (Thesis/Claims -> Evidence/Where you try to put your info in an interesting way but fail -> Conclusion).

How do you know CoW is controlled by Darkness? There is literally no evidence (at least, none that I can think of).
And how do you know that Corruption is controlled by Darkness (ok, fine, you said probably)?

Um, why would it have a "power Darkness could not have?" And why does it have to be destructive? Who says purple portals always lead to the Nether?

Who's "they?" The Corruption? And by your logic, the dark realm we go to in FV is the Nether.

No, it's not.
For one, we don't go through any portals. I mean, besides the coal teleporter-thingies. And just because the ground looks corrupted doesn't mean we're in the Nether. The ground around the nether portal looks like that, yet it's still in the overworld. I also don't see how much of your "evidence" even relates to this final statement.
