    I just imagine Ti'Lin standing in a room with death. And you just see death going all ways while cutting through Ti'Lin and blood splatters going everywhere. I'll probably have some nasty and giant scars on my body thanks to the scythe

    I'm imagining Death turning incorporeal and going inside Kyelas to slash you, like you said, but then he becomes corporeal inside Kyelas and gets overwritten by Kyelas's body.

    The scythe was spectral, it went right through you. I don't don't think there would be any scars.

    But if you want, the DMG has a very handy section on scars, injuries, and the such
