SPOILER Unused Wand Skin?

so i was wandering around a world with the wynnpack when i opened the inv and saw this wand...

i never saw it ingame, does someone know if it was used on something? (item if possible)
it is called: Legendary - Cyanasaur's Wand

 

Unfamiliar to me

 

its used in bantisu

 

there are some mobs in dank forest that use it i think x) the ones at this grave where you need to kill that level 60 plant... (i think)

 

mhm, it is used by the sages there, it probably wouldnt be a usable texture for the wand anyways, just for mobs, like the bantisu sage.

 

its used on a mob in that normal zombie dungeon (i forgot the name)

There are no wands that use that texture as far as i am aware, tho i'd think it would be a air/fire mix if anything.

 

All weapon textures fall, for all classes into a set template.

One standard texture (all normal items)
A fancier normal texture (similar, used for plainer items)
15 elemental skins (3 level-based tiers of skins for each element)
3 tiers of 'rainbow' weapon.

There isn't room in the standard item system, although it could be added as a crate reward weapon skin.

The legendary wand 'Sage' should really have this texture given its lore...

this has been found and talked about a lot of times already i think it turned out some mobs used it but i don't remember

 

not really, you cant give a never used item skin for one item only, besides, all item skins are full atm as you just said in your comment, the only way this skin would be used if it was available to get in crates.
