    How do you put the image directly into the forums?
    Whenever I try it just turns out to be a giant Red X

    It has to be from an acceptable source. If the red X happens, try saving the picture to your own pc, then drag and drop it to the text box.
    OR you can upload it to Imgur etc, then use the "direct link" in the "add picture" part on the forums. Imgur has always worked for me when I try to upload from my phone.

    Upload it to a cloud (e.g imgur.com) and paste the link into the image thing, should work
