Hit: 14 + whatever = Hit
Damage: 8 / 2 = 4 Piercing
Shrapnel Damage: 4 + 6 = 10 (DC 12 Dex Save to avoid)

Lettus shakes his head: "no no no, the skull card is to be avoided. I drew every other card, including ones which trapped my soul a thousand miles away which had to then be found again, but I did not draw the skull card.

But, I called on the full deck to put up the wards you see around you. But they can't be fully up unless I do draw that last card. I put an ad up in the town square for people to help me to summon it back, but no one showed up."
