    Remember when, in Alumj, there used to be mercenaries which you could buy? They were couped up in little jail cells, where you could pay 32 emeralds to free them and enslave them. What happened to them? As far as I know, the entire station of slave mercenaries disappeared.

    Ayyyy. But no seriously. I used them to afk farm the ocelots outside of Alumj. Usually about couple hundred xp while I eat dinner.

    They were probably removed due to being super useless and hard to use and thus not a very good thing to show new players.

    The Mercenaries were very bad mercenaries. They would always seem to wander off or teleport away or something. I would never pay my hard-earned 16 emeralds to get one of them.
