First off, what’s your name?”

"My name? Eire."

“I… Am pretty sure that’s not a name native to here. Whatever works, I guess. Now, what race do you wish to be? As you're in Oblivion, you can change it all you want- but after you reach Avar, you're stuck.”

"I believe I was called a dragonkin."

“Mhmm… What’s your wraith ability, then?”

"I can manipulate ice, if you will."

"Laaaame. By which I mean- nice choice. Ehm now… Do you have a general physical description you’d like to use in Avar? It’s fine if you don’t, I guess. I’ll just make you really ugly, like your soul.”

"An upright dragon pretty much, greyish scales, a bit more than human size. Also, I'm not sure if you're insulting me with that last bit or if my soul is really as mangled as you make it sound."

"And weapons. You need a weapon to spill mortal bl-" the speaker hesitates, “Silly me. I meant to say ‘bring justice,’ yeah, definitely. Also I can only make two weapons of decent strength, sorry. My mortal tether is kind of weak right now..."

"A pair of decent-strength katar should suffice, though it would sound you've had better days."

“Now, where do you want me to drop you?”

"Somewhere in Dra'kar will be fine..."

The guard chuckles, leaning on his axe. "Ay, trinket shopping in these times? Yeh should go back home, sir. If yeh insist though, the market's square is that way. Hard to miss, yeh. Lotsa good shops there." He points down the road to the left.

You find a small, clear orb and five silver coins in the pockets of your clothes. Focusing, you heat up the air around you without much trouble- seems it works. The caravan is within shouting distance now, clearly surrounded by four soldiers. They don't seem to have noticed you yet, most scanning the skies.

Bow((assuming arrows come with this and aren't another weapon)) would this be able to like "fear" enemies hit?
