I just learned that everyone isnt using the latest version lmao

 

Rip 1.8.9 and the power of convenience. I always seem to get low fps while playing on 1.9+ but I guess it's time to start using Wynncraft Enhanced again, seeing how the server will eventually be 1.9+ only in the coming months.

 

I also use coal for teleporter-entrances because i feel like it's better because it has a little texture, having a completely black block doesn't feel right
just try to make a door like that and see for yourself

Only when they remove ALL updates prior to 1.12, update the command blocks, and become a 1.12 server.

When they get rid of 1.8 (hopefully soon™) they can use the offhand slot for some kind of thing, as for now it's nonexistant as in unused in the inventory.
Like maybe we can get shields, OR EVEN A SECOND BRACELET (that shows up on your hand. btw if we get texture armour back, tbh i hope we do, we could get accessories showing up on us.) A Second bracelet could honestly open up all sorts of stuff :D

1.8 to 1.12!

 

I'm pretty sure its gonna take less than a year i think so because the problem wynn has with updating is the fact that between 1.9 and 1.8 there are command block diffrences
and since wynn is gonna be 1.9 soon i would say 1-4months the next changes to further versions are gonna be really quick

 

You can update compatability, in short time, but changing everything to make use of the new features is gonna take a while,
I.E. changing every command block, every noteblock song, loads of new broken command block components, etc etc

 

Wynn needs to update, I'll say that. BUT, baby steps bois. baby steps ,-,

so yeah it might take a while but 1.9 upgrade is gonna be hella worth it, like I said we could maybe get a second bracelet (or something to go in said offhand slot)
