    just delete and re make so u dont need to bother staff

    and all you need is 114 def SP and war scream on (wont work for pvp because str and stuff)

    Wariors already have 20% damage reduction base, and a T3 warscream buffs you with 20% resistance. Then you just have to get enough skill points in defense, and I don't think that necessary requires you to have guardian or apocalypse.
