For sanctuary you need a small silver mirror, an arcane focus, or a component pouch

 

Can I get any of those? Can you maybe list items that could be used?

 

The mirror and the pouch are just those specific items

The focus could be a wand or staff or something. There's at least 2 shops here that could sell you a wand, if not more
