Yesterday, I went afk for dinner. I then rolled initiative and got an 18, which makes 20 due to my DEX modifier. Alas has already gone, so...

 

It already happened to me, I did 18, but I had to wait an entire round before my turn :(

K. Idk if we covered this, but having a shield gives you +2 AC

One of my characters uses a d8/d10 weapon so I have 2 ACs written down, one for shield one without, because I switch so often
