"the Lost" Quest Broken

Hello, so I was doing the level 85 quest "The Lost" and I found myself in a glitch. I had delivered all the letters to the five survivors; however, it still says I have one missing person to talk to. So, I went back and talked to all five and still could not finish the quest by talking to the starter NPC. Any suggestions?

 

Try /fixquests and talk to all the npcs again

 

I heard from others that fix quests didn't work for the letters

Having the same problem too. If you lose 1 you will not be able to finish the quest.

 

Will the staff ever do anything?

This is a well known bug. It usually occurs when the server restarts in the mids of dialog. The letter was delivered, but the quest was not advanced. The only thing you can do is to get the letter on another character and then have the same problem on that one.
Because of the 'No refunds' rule, the staff will not and cannot do anything about it, sadly.
