Is Godly Tier Somehow Rare?

I have opened second loot box on my account and have found godly pet.
Also I told my friend to check the free montly loot box and he got godly item aswell ( propably spear skin )
I mean like 2 godly items per 3 boxes is kinda weird.
-Is godly the second rarest or is it epic ?
-Are godly tier items even rare?

Godly is the rarest tier (godly>epic>rare>common) so usually you dont find them that often.
I guess you and your friend were just really lucky.
