ok this bow seems ridiculous to me.
I'm chill with the fact that it has that much elemental dmg and that good attack speed, but moving onwards
THE SKILL POINT PERKS WTF
UP TO +15 IN EVERY CATAGORY WITHOUT HAVING ANY SKILL POINT REQUIREMENTS
imo this really should have a skill point requirement thats spread evenly across all elements
This seems crazy op for a rainbow archer to the point where I feel it could replace Freedom.

The fact that it doesn't have a req is weird, mabye I'll tag @Selvut283 to explain, but here is my attempt
1) the + sp doesn't matter for equipping gear, so it isn't that valuable

2) even with max % dmg, it's still pretty poor for dmg
