Is there is loot IV chest at a level 1 location with a possibility of getting a rarity?

I just dont see any sense in this thread, because it reveals the secret loot 4 chests hidden somewhere around the map and makes loot running nearly useless because new players are going to camp chests they would normally first get to know by discovering.... But nice to see the effort put into this :/
