It's another Easter Egg! I actually found this one a while ago, but I was too lazy to post it, and I just remembered it now, so why not share it with you all?
To get this message, all you have to do, is throw in a Seasail pass of the same island you are in. For example, if I threw in a Selchar Pass, and I was already in Selchar, I would get this message.

Not sure if this is so much a nicefind.avi as it is just a dialogue so that people don't get confused when their passes don't work.

 

The sea skipper captain also doesn't accept any alcohol, emeralds, legendaries or mythic as a pass to some place magical

 

Unfortunately, he doesn't give them back either. I wonder how much he's made off selling mythics that landed in his hopper...
