Example:I'm a lvl 100 and open a tier IV ragni chest
*Can i get items for my lvl or just items for the lvl of the region?

*Does loot bonus affects loot chests?If It Does,it will increase the amount of the items or the rarity of them?What About The Emeralds?

*If i'm High-Level,can i still get low-lvl legendarys if i need some?

*Can i get mythics on a loot chest?

*is there a pattern for each loot lvl?like,Tier I chests can maximun give rares?

If there are mobs nearby, you will get items near the mobs' levels
