Login Timed Out Playing With My Son From Same Network

Is there a known issue playing with multiple computers on a LAN to wynncraft? We have our own minecraft accounts, and we were able to connec to the lobby together.

however when my son connected to a world server, I tried to connect and then I I timed out. Subsequent attempts for me to even connect to the lobby resulted in a timeout.

When we play on the hive or hypixel we can play simultaneously. I am familiar with networking so if there are some firewall rules or other settings I can surely set it up.

Any help would be appreciated, we are very eager to play together on wynncraft.

The issue should be client side, I personally often connect to the same wynncraft world with two separate accounts on the same computer without problem, so I think if there are troubles regarding two accounts on the server with the same connection I would have picked it up.

Wynncraft's network are quite unstable if we compare it with other large servers, sometimes spamming refresh can actually fix the problem, or try using a different IP like play.wynncraft.com / .net, so I can only hope that you can resolve your issue soon.

 

tip: if you want to have a nice experience find mana regen items from mobs merchants and chests when you are level 8 "concentration" is a valued item because of it's lack of conditions and can only be found in chests in low level areas

Wynns server is very unstable right now as i tried to log on earlier with that same error. Just wait a while for the error to be resolved and try again. Maybe try later today or tomorrow

 

The server is prone to momentary lag spikes, though it usually runs quite smoothly.
Before joining a world, hover your mouse over the word icon. It should show you the approximate amount of lag in a world! Join the worlds with the lowest lag. Hope you have fun!

If you have no difficulty playing on hive or hypixel, then it isn't related to your firewall or other settings. If it were, you'd have difficulty accessing those servers, as well as any other public server.
You also mentioned that you could join the lobby no problem. This is another clear indicator that it isn't your firewall.
