Mostly the head shape and size, it's probably just me though :P

 

Nah, it's not just you. I see a lot of canine resemblance too. Looks more like an anime wolf than a cat or any feline: the tail, the proportions, the fur on the face, the rounded eyes.

 

the jaw area is sticking out while most felines have a flattish face with a nose that is sticking a bit out

 

the mouth doesn't have that smile line cats have on the sides, and the nose isn't a rectangle, its more like a heart, and its missing whiskers. How is the cat gonna sense how cold it is without its whiskers, or how close are insects to him?

This cat be dead by now, I bet it didn't get a chance to evolve cos of the extreme climate. Rip specie.
