Guide The New & Accurate Best Dps Weapons Ranking

I feel like there should be a disclaimer as this doesn't count individual builds (for obvious reasons), which means that the DPS of weapons are skewed towards dexterity and strength, and in reality the DPS of water, fire and air options WILL tend to be higher than they appear on this chart

 

Just a little thing, i know this is based off of exact calculations but for some reason it doesnt work in actual in game. I used az and cluster with all t6 thunders and az was faaar superior i found. Never went above 13k with cluster but i hit 20k with az, even the averages on az seemed way higher.

One thing for everyone to note: even with powders, a item with more, or just neutral will spread out the damage more, thus making it less useful with massive +s to one element damages.

 

You forgot one thing even if you use straiformius you can put skill points in dex or strength there is a reason why all thunder and earth wepons do the most damage all the time also did you include id bonuses and one last thing incase the bow base damage is higher so each %spell/melee/elemental damage will have higher effect

 

This is because Cluster has fully base neutral damage. This means that, even if you put powders on it, part of the damage converts to fire/earth dmg, leaving only a small bit of thunder damage to be affected by your high dex. Since az has mostly base thunder damage, theres a much higher amount of thunder damage to be affected by dex.

If you come in game i could show you the difference between the two, im not sure why but even with the exact same build. I recently sold my az cause i assumed Cluster would be much better, but i found it was a poor poor substitute and had much much lower damage overall.

You should add Hive Bow with balanced rainbow to compare it with Freedom @motoki1 @Endertricity

 

I mean if you have both dex and agility you will do more damage than if you just have agility, so the dps will appear lower on this chart as it only accounts for one skill point category each

 

That's the point; it's hard to compare base DPS when so many builds are possible

 

I don't think you can really make a ranking. There's just too many factors.

 

what about the earth stinger

 

If you have spare time, you should calc all the Wybel weapons with earth/ thunder powder.

 

does the melee option mean melee build? (most probably not)
but if it does, i have a hilt build that i can do 3-5k dmg with on melees, with fast attack speed, but almost nthn on spells.

 

So after all, Inferno does not get beaten by Hive Dagger? But still has those negative IDs that bug me a little bit. So it either needs a tiny damage buff or less severe cons. What would you change about it if you could?
