    There are buttons on the pillar, and each button has a different number of lilypads behind it. I'm sure you can put the puzzle pieces together from there.

    I think he's showing a pic of that cave in east bantisu canyon with a lilypad puzzle as well..
    I think the relic puzzle your thinking of is around dark forest

    If that is the case, and I DO remember going through this place yesterday, near the lilypads is a button that you can press, which is somewhat hidden in the wall. Once you press it, get back up by climbing the vines (leaves) and an entrance will open, which you can then find a little treat after going through a little maze!
