Help With Creeper Skin!! :(

I'm currently trying to do the quest in the Pigmin Ravines to get the creeper skin from on top of the mountain, the skin will drop but I can't pick it up. :( it just sits there, spinning and laughing at me. :( All jokes aside it's kind of stressful that I can't figure out what to do!

Some more information that might be helpful. I have two characters, and my second one I play with a friend. We were running around and ended up at this place before I knew it was a quest. After the skin dropped I picked it up and ended up either dropping it or throwing it away I can't remember because I thought it was junk. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. But I hope someone will find this and let me know what I can do to fix it!! Would be so appreciated :(

Lastly, I did the command /fixquests and still nothing. :( Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

 

Maybe retry or change servers. You need to deal 15%+ of the damage to a mob to get the drop.

 

In Wynncraft items that have nametags on top of them are mobs, if you kill the skin, it'll drop the real skin (Item), you can go to the cave again anytime you want and get the creeper skin again!

 

You obviously haven't played enough vanilla Minecraft

 

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! That's what I needed to do and feel VERY upset with myself hahaha. I was hitting it before but with my hand. Which evidently does NOT work. lol Thanks again, and my face thanks you too as I am no longer punching it hahahah
