Centipede is from the Lost Sanctuary dungeon, so it's untradable. I have a 16SP prism though if you would like to buy it

 

I have a 15 sp prism

 

I have a bovine cuff, prism, shatterglass and CoI

 

Centipede, and compiler are from dungeons (corrupted lost sanctuary and fallen factory respectively.) Mantle walkers and elder oak roots are from the hive I think(fire and earth division respectively.) Bovine cuff isn't untradable but you can easily get it yourself by killing mooington on skeins island.

 

how much would 2 prisms be?

it will not work so good for LI
a melee mage with lack def and not so much mana reg will die easily :/
